thoughts turning -
can't seem to catch them
nothing is clear
only this swirling chaos
pain
   anger
     fear
       sorrow.
where is my safe haven?
   where is my shelter?
why can't i breathe?
   who can i fall back on?
there's no one here but me.
no one to walk beside
   no one to share with
only this deep empty darkness
the tears come
   hot
     burning
       drowning me
no relief
     only more Pain
