What am I? I am a spiritual being on a human path.
Why Paganism? Funny story, actually. A friend of mine told me of a dream she had about me inviting her to a party. At this party were all these people talking about being White Witches and Wiccans. At the time she had this dream I had no idea what Paganism was, but I did own a Tarot deck (my second one since my husband burned my first one - we have been divorced quite a while now). I also loved going into a book store called Jan Ross Books to look at the crystals and glance over at the books and cards. I was still married and would have never been able to buy anything there, but I loved being in there.
After a couple years passed, I was doing a lot of beadwork and didn't remember her dream. I was having problems of my own. Well, one night, I was searching for more bead patterns and came across Healing Beadwork. There were links to Astrology, Reiki and Tarot. Somehow I kept clicking on links and ended up finding a site with Bead Pentacles. I don't remember the sequence of searches after that, but eventually I ended up finding names like Scott Cunningham and Silver RavenWolf. And so it began.
I did have a little bit of time that my in-laws were telling me how I would get my son taken away from me, but I learned more about the legal issues and armed myself accordingly.
