I recently joined a group called Obscuriosity on Ravelry. This group has KALs/CALs of patterns that don't get a lot of recognition. Why would I join a group with more KALs? Simply because I like wearing things that other people don't have. This group picks patterns that have a low project count, so there aren't that many people who have already done it.

The next round is coming up pretty soon (I joined in the middle of a round) and I'm looking forward to voting this time for the patterns we will be working on.
